Loved that they took care of my truck and got a tire rotation and a balancing with the warranty I got my tires and there was a screw in one of my tires but time wise it was kind off packed waited 3 hours

Yeah not satisfied at all. Had an appointment. Arrived 15 early and literally was ignored by everyone. I told the Johnathan and multiple other I had an an appointment. They just continued to tell me they’ll help me right now and walk away. That will be the last time my wife buys a set a tired with a promise of perks. Like rotation,repairs and exc.. that was ridiculous!!! Also they were literally just huddled up talking in the bay area

I forgot to review but I brought my car in for new tires about 4 months ago. I waited in line for an hour and a half because they only had 2 people helping when there were lots of people. I came back 2 hours later to have the tires installed and waited for about 2 more hours for some reason, I do not understand why. The car comes out with new tires; good. But I notice my savage Dior cologne worth at least $150 is missing from my car. I tell the workers then the manager and nobody cares. The assistant manager even says it’s my fault they stole it… I Call the regional manager after 2 days because the assistant manager did not refund me or get me my exact same bottle his workers stole. The regional manager was ok, he never apologized just gave me the money to buy another one.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Discount Tire. I stopped by to have new tires installed, but the technicians were unable to remove a stubborn wheel stud because they said they didn't have the proper tools. They only installed three of my tires before sending me to a local repair shop. What was frustrating is that the local shop had no trouble removing the stud, which made me question why Discount Tire couldn't handle the job. I then had to make another trip to AutoZone to purchase a replacement wheel stud because Discount Tire doesn't carry them. What should have been a simple tire installation turned into an all-day ordeal. When I spoke with the manager, Tomas Rodriguez, I expected a clear explanation or some accountability. Instead, I was simply told, "We tried," without any real effort to explain the situation or offer a satisfactory solution. I do want to recognize Diego A. at the front desk. He was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to assist, even though the overall experience was disappointing. Service is very slow, be prepared to bring lunch. even with an appointment they take way to long to service the customers. They either need more employees or better organize the appointments. I arrived here at 1:30 and it took an hr just talk to someone and set up the appointment for 4 o'clock. Then I came back at 4 and it's been almost an hr and I'm still waiting for someone to talk to me and take my truck.
